Vice President of Recruitment

Formal Recruitment takes place at the beginning of every fall semester, and is the process of joining one of the six Panhellenic chapters on the CSUF campus. Recruitment will take place from September 9th to 11th, Friday to Sunday.

On day one, you will meet with all six chapters, and rank them based on how connected you felt to each one. On the second day, you will have the opportunity to meet with a maximum of four houses, and on the third day a maximum of two.

This is a mutual selection process where you’ll meet all of our chapters and get to know more about their values, philanthropies, and membership expectations. You will also get to explore how the Panhellenic and Fraternity-Sorority Life (FSL) community contributes to and participates in campus life.

Recruitment at CSUF is also values-based. Chapters will judge you based on your personality, authenticity, and genuine connections, not on your appearance or socioeconomic status.
